How to enrol...

To be part of this programme you need to enrol. This can be done by downloading an enrolment form and posting the completed form back to the National Testing Centre. Alternatively we can arrange to post one to you by contacting us here.

Under the Privacy Act, The National Testing Centre can't tell me if you've tested each month without you giving your consent.

How does the programme work?

The MacPhe Rewards Programme is a way in which you can stay in control of your PKU and your phenylalanine levels, by encouraging you to test regularly. Ideally, we'd like people to test weekly (and babies and pregnant women even more often).

Every month in which you test with the National Testing Centre two or more times, you will earn one point. Therefore, the maximum amount of points you will earn in a year is 12 (one for every month).

Points will last for 2 years, therefore you will have to use them or you will lose them.

When you join - you will automatically receive one point. This will help you get to your reward quicker.

Note: It is most important that if you have been asked to test more often by the Metabolic Team that you continue to do what has been recommended.
